I was at the State Plumbing Board meeting today and a lady was there to complain about Roto Rooter of Lake Charles. They send an unlicensed plumber to her home to repair a water line that was busted under her home. They showed a clip of her on the news with her home in the backdrop. Her home was on piers and she showed the water lines under her home that were busted. One look under her home and I knew this was not the first time she had an unlicensed plumber at her home. Eventually, chasing after the cheapest plumbing service in town catches up with you. Cheap DOES NOT mean good, correct, proper or safe.
