A customer called advising us that her 2-month old shower would not drain.  After multiple unsuccessful attempts to unclog the drain, we determined either an incorrect drain fitting was installed or the installer poured grout down the drain.  We asked if the installer had a plumber install the drain and she had a blank look on her face.  Tells us everything we need to know.  Just another example of an unlicensed plumber wannabe taking advantage of the public.  Call American Plumbing today!
