My plumber buddy went to his customer's home expecting to perform a typical drain cleaning. When he crawled underneath the home, he found a mess that required him to perform a total pipe. The homeowner told him that she paid a licensed contractor (NOT A LICENSED PLUMING CONTRACTOR) to install this pipe.
