We had a customer call over the weekend requesting emergency weekend service. Our technician that was on call explained to him that he would be right over but, he had to come to office to pick up his service truck. The customer exclaimed that he could not wait that long, he needed somebody there within the next 10 - 15 minutes. Apparently, he has never been to the doctor where you drive to his office, wait in the waiting room for over an hour then you sit in the back for over 30 minutes before he comes in to see you for 3 minutes. Oh well, I hope everything worked out well for him.
