The parking lot caves in at an IHOP in Meridian, MS. How can this happen? Simple. Mississippi has no plumbing code and no inspection system in place. Thanks to Eric Ponti, Governor Jindal and the Louisiana legislature we could have the same thing happen here in a few years if something does not turn around. Ponti and Jindal both fought to dumb down the plumbing codes in Louisiana and the legislature caved. A perfect situation of you get what you pay for.
