While crawling around in an attic I noticed the water heater sitting in a water heater pan without a drain line.  Check out the water in the water heater pan.  Another 1/4" of water in the pan and it will be leaking onto the ceiling.  LOOK OUT BELOW!  Call American Plumbing today!
