I seldom recommend replacing a tank type water heater with a tankless water heater. However, in this case the customer's tank type water heater was installed illegally and was taking up a lot of space in the laundry room. It was making it very difficult for her to access the washer and dryer. Removing the tank type water heater and replacing it with this tankless water heater was perfect for her.
