We received a call yesterday from a flood customer stating he was overcharged because, we were only at his home for 1 hour. Little did he know, we have GPS that shows we were there 3 hours, 10 minutes. We contacted the State Attorney General to advise. The AG advised us multiple flood customers are attempting to file false claims. What a shame!
