Think getting a licensed plumbing contractor isn't important? Imagine this. I went to video a drain line yesterday that was installed by an unlicensed plumber. I found the line was going uphill with about a 4" pitch. What does this mean? It means the entire drain system will have to be removed by breaking out the concrete to access the drain line and replace it. They thought they were saving $6,000.00 but instead it's going to cost them another $14,000.00 plus. Ouch!
